Hot Ham and Cheese Sliders: The Ultimate Party Food!

Hot Ham and Cheese Sliders

These warm, melty sliders are perfect for game day, parties, or a quick family dinner. Packed with ham, cheese, and a buttery glaze, they’re impossible to resist!

📝 Ingredients:
✅ 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or dinner rolls)
✅ 12 slices deli ham
✅ 6 slices Swiss cheese (cut in half)
✅ ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
✅ 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
✅ 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (or 1 teaspoon onion powder)
✅ 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
✅ 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
✅ ½ teaspoon garlic powder

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2️⃣ Assemble the Sliders:
Slice the rolls in half horizontally (keeping them connected). Place the bottom half in a baking dish. Layer with ham and Swiss cheese, then top with the other half of the rolls.

3️⃣ Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds (if using), and garlic powder.

4️⃣ Drizzle & Bake:
Pour the glaze evenly over the sliders, making sure it seeps into the cracks. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.

5️⃣ Serve Warm:
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm. Watch them disappear!
